TICKET OFFICE CLOSING NOTICE

The ticket office will be closed to the public for the summer break from August 5 to 26

It will reopen regularly on Tuesday, Aug. 27 according to the usual schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Sundays and holidays (only when there is a show) 1 1/2 hours before the start

New ticket office opening hours

WARNING

Starting Wednesday, June 5, the Donizetti Theater box office will observe the following new public opening hours:

Tuesday through Saturday
from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (excluding holidays)

Sundays and holidays
only on performance dates, one and a half hours before the start


On opening days for renewals/purchases of new subscriptions and on the first opening days for ticket sales of individual seasons/festivals, the Donizetti Theater box office will observe extraordinary opening hours.
Therefore, the box office will be open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. exclusively on the following days:
  • Sept. 3 to Sept. 14, 2024 (excluding the days when the ticket office is normally closed, i.e., Sunday, Sept. 8 and Monday, Sept. 9)
  • September 24 to 28, 2024
  • October 3 to 5, 2024
  • October 11 and 12, 2024
  • October 15 to 17, 2024
  • October 22 and 23, 2024
  • November 5 and 6, 2024

On Sundays and holidays, on performance days, the Box Office is open from an hour and a half before the start of the performance. In conjunction with evening performances there is an extension of hours until the start of the performance.

Vivaticket event resale

Tickets for entertainment and sports events from the Vivaticket circuit can be purchased at the Ticket Office counters. Tickets are available for seasons of other theaters, sporting events, including Atalanta matches, as well as concerts by famous national and international artists, trade fair events, museums and exhibitions.
