Visiting information
A tour between the Lower Town and the Upper Town to learn about the places run by the Donizetti Theater Foundation: a visit to discover the renovated Donizetti Theater, a symbol of Bergamo’s performing arts tradition, in the center of Bergamo; to the Teatro Sociale, an architectural jewel, a short walk from Piazza Vecchia; and to Gaetano Donizetti’s Birthplace, where the great composer from Bergamo was born in 1797.
