The dies natalis, for the saints, is not the day of their birth but the day of their death, because death is not experienced as the end but as the stage of a journey. What about for us ordinary mortals? Is there also for us the possibility of seeing in death a birth? The possibility of seeing not only the tragedy of all that ends but the miracle of all that is good and magnificent that survives? This is the suggestion for the theater workshop in which we will try to tell and then stage stories, memories, and images related to this theme.
